New: «Flavors of the Nile»

On the occasion of the great exhibition «Champollion. On the trails of hieroglyphics. » at the Louvre-Lens Museum, we have added a new dessert to his menu. The «Flavours of the Nile» is the reinterpretation of an Egyptian conical cake in the tomb of the vizier Rekhmirê that aroused the interest of Jean-François Champollion. Composed of an almond biscuit, a creamy honey and a date confit.  Its flavors bring together greed and travel, taking us to the Nile.
